A new year is a time when we're able to look forward to something fresh. Maybe last year didn't go according to plan, but January 1st marks a new beginning. Maybe it's time for a change for you. Maybe it's time to get serious about God. Maybe it's time to walk away from destructive patterns. Maybe it's time to make the right choices, no matter how difficult they might be.

If you're looking at 2010 as an opportunity for greater things in your life and if you really want to see changes happen, you'll need support from a healthy community of loving people. In Chi Alpha many visitors have described our community in exactly those terms. We're not perfect people, but we must be doing something right. They felt like they mattered in Chi Alpha, so they stayed. They're no longer visitors. They've started walking this journey with us.

Before classes get too crazy, you have an opportunity to get to know Chi Alpha. Take advantage of this moment. Commit to yourself that you'll take real steps on a new path. Here's to a new year! May it be full of joy, hope, peace and love.
